Saturday, Fun Day!

100 Push Press (33/45)
75 Box Jumps
While completing push press and KB swings they had to do 2 burpees on the minute every minute! They got a break from burpees during box jumps though!

Everyone thought this WOD would take a long time, but they pushed through and finished around 20 mins. Great job guys! Way to start the weekend!

Front squats and Rope Climbs!
Starting at 10 Front Squats doing 2 rope climbs in between working your way down to 1 front squat.

Yesterdays news

9 Muscle ups
15 Burpee Pull ups
21 SDHP's
60 Double unders or 200 single jump ropes
Getting through the burpee pull ups was the longest part.

It was a tough workout, but everyone did a great job pushing through!
