You CAN do it!

Heard a few complaints at first yesterday about the 70 burpees, but everyone finished in a reasonable time!
70 Burpees
60 Sit-Ups

50 KB Swings (35/53)
40 Pull-Ups

30 Handstand Push Ups

So proud of everyone for finishing the burpees! That was the hard part!
Woo Hoo!
