Monday we did "Karen"
150 Wall Balls for time!
There were some great times set on Monday!

After the Wall Balls, we did a tabata WOD.
8 Rounds of each (20 sec. on/ 10 sec. rest)
KB Swings
Jump Rope
Sit-Ups
Lunges
