Bad to the bone

"Whitten" was the prescribed workout today.

5 Rounds of:
22 KB Swings
22 Box Jumps
400m Run

22 Burpees
22 Wall Balls

We rowed or jump roped instead of running. Not too many people made the 5 rounds, but worked  hard for as long as they could!
