Mosquito bites

Aside from the mosquitos out in full force today, we had a kick butt workout!
There were 5 stations:
Ladder runs
Plank holds
Squats
Firehoses
Burpees
We worked at each station for 40 secs. and rested for 20 secs.
The clients completed 4 rounds of each station today!
