Strict

Hello all!!
We want to apologize, for some reason we are unable to upload pictures right now.
We have been trying over the past week or so, and it's just not working right. We're working on it though!

So how about I just tell you what todays WOD was?
21 Strict Pull-ups
21 HSPU (Handstand push ups)
18 Strict Pull-ups
18 HSPU
15 Strict Pull-ups
15 HSPU
You get the picture....go down by 3 each time, until you get to 3!

I hope the trainer doesn't choose pull-ups for tomorrows WOD since it's a rest day!

Today was so much fun!
Right guys?!
As we went down in Kettlebell swings (starting at 15 down to 1)
We went up in pull ups (starting at 1 up to 15)

Our arms were like jello today!
We only did 120 Pull-ups and 120 KB Swings!

Mosquito bites

Aside from the mosquitos out in full force today, we had a kick butt workout!
There were 5 stations:
Ladder runs
Plank holds
Squats
Firehoses
Burpees
We worked at each station for 40 secs. and rested for 20 secs.
The clients completed 4 rounds of each station today!

Air Conditioning!

Today we did:
10 rounds of:
10 Thrusters & 10 Ring Push-Ups
 
We had some clients modify the WOD to 7 rounds of 10 thrusters and 10 regular push-ups!
The good news was that we tried the air today..not as much sweat!!

A little break

Yesterday we took it kinda easy!
50-40-30-20-10 of:
Lunge Steps & Sit ups
It was only about a 13 minute WOD!

Abs of Steel!!!!
I  know everyone needed a break after those 24's the day before! Whew!

The squat cleans were the easy part today!

Mop the floor

Today we did 5 rounds of:
10 Body Weight Deadlifts
10 KB Swings (72/53)
10 Burpee Pull-ups
Burpees are bad enough...then add a pull-up!!
I know today was hard but you guys pull through!
GOOD JOB!!

Why can't I breathe?

That was a pretty common question yesterday!
"Why can't I breathe?"
Doing 50 Double Unders/Tuck Jumps followed by 25 wall balls takes your breath away!

Lots of people are doing double unders now! Keep practicing and the rest of you will get there!
