Weights!

Yesterday was an easier day at CODE!!!
Finally, right guys?!
We did: 5-5-5-5-5 Deadlifts
We know some Personal records were set yesterday! Way to go everyone!
Todays WOD is:
15 rounds of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
We had some major muscle failure at the 6am today, but everyone did a great job pushing through!
