The sled pulls on Wednesday were great! We know they were hard, but after some tough love with the 5:15ers, everyone got the hang of 'em! Good job to all who pulled the weight!
Yesterdays WOD- 20 shoulder to overhead (by press, push press or push jerk)
AND 40 burpees-everybody's FAVORITE thing!
WOD for May 21st is........4 rounds of 400m run and 50 squats, jello legs today!
*Don't forget we're at Rising Park on Saturday mornings now, 9am!
