Breathe much?
5 Chest to bar pull-ups
10 Wall Balls
15 KB Swings
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.
Everyone did a great job getting through this workout even though it was tough to catch your breath!

The long one
3 Rounds of:
100m Run
50 push ups
50 sit ups
50 squats
Some folks hit the cut off of 40 minutes, but most people kept pushing to finish out!
It was quite the workout! Sweat was dripping this day!

Favorite day!
Last Thursday each session had their own workout.
There was everything from pull ups, lunges, jump ropes, to med ball cleans and Back Extensions!
No one chose burpees though ;)
When everyone gave me their favorite exercise, I combined them to make an AMRAP workout!

Buns of steel
While one partner lunged with a 10 lb. plate (100 ft.) the other person completed AMRAP of:5 Thrusters, 10 Sit-ups, 15 Pull-ups.
When your teammate finished lunging, the other teammate took over.
What an awesome butt burner!
Great job working til the end guys!

Lets go TEAM!
We were in teams of 3 and we had 15 minutes to get as many reps as possible.
There were: KB Swings, Push Ups and Rowing.
This was a tough one! Breathing wasn't really an option!

The lower back was burning after the back exts. and rowing!
It's a great way to strengthen those muscles though!
